The service
CrossUpload provides an embeddable file picker, a hosted phone upload page, storage for accepted files during their retention period and an API. Plans, limits and retention are described on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your secret API keys on your server.
- Validate file IDs on your server before attaching them to records.
- Have a lawful basis to collect the documents your forms request, and tell your visitors how you use them.
- Export files you need to keep beyond their retention period.
Availability
We work hard to keep CrossUpload available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service in V1.
